with paste work fairly good. from time to time have this problem. most of C and R are good but problem is with ICs and EL CAPs.
I'm sure that it can be caused by magnetism or antistatic or sth like that.
do you know some manner how to demagentize nozzles?

hey guys. I also have the same problem as pete0. Component is picked properly but after vaccum off component still stay on nozzle. hey dudes update from my todays calibration there is no offset as i posted on figure. that's perfect and about the bad positioning on mesured location: i disable squarness correction and results are incredible. don't know why but im totally satisfied. Juha can i ask you for your comment on disabling...

It's good to use both light sources because of shadows. Led strip lighten one point for many directions and by that reduce shadows in holes. There was problem that sticky tape reflect light back into camera and then can't recognize circle problem arose on diferent places in workspace.

yes of course. It doesn't give you more pixels but there less problems with error can't find circle bcs light is more homogenous.

At my video you can see that add LED strip to the bottom side of X axe Al profile. it's cool and have no problem with recognition any shapes on boards and tapes. Maybe good solution for next release of liteplacer.
