I got my liteplacer built, and sorry if there's an answer to this but I don't have internet access where I built the machine so it's been a little difficult.
When a component gets placed ( and picked up), it's slightly off and I can't quite figure it out and I'm wondering if its because there is a slight offset when nozzles are calibrated as to the height at which the components are placed. When the camera moves up/down from/to the nozzle calibration point, you see the nozzle move in the y direction. If I spin it it stays fairly true so it's not bent, it just appears to come down at a slight angle and wondering if this throwing it off. I've gone through the nozzle camera alignment a couple times and can almost say this is near perfect.
