I am just about finished with cabling my liteplacer and wanted to tryout the camera before fixing it on the machine but my Win7 x64 doesn't recognize, neither can I find any driver for the camera on the net, even tried hacking some other drivers for similar cameras with no luck...
Can anyone confirm that the cameras are working on Win7 x64; Hardware id of the camera is: USB\VID_1908&PID_2311
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Camera not recognized on Win7 x64
Re: Camera not recognized on Win7 x64
Do both cameras have a problem or just one of them? They should work with standard web cam interface, so any program using cameras should work with them.
Re: Camera not recognized on Win7 x64
Both, a new USB device is detected but no driver is then loaded by windows.
Re: Camera not recognized on Win7 x64
Solved it; went into device manager, selected one of the cameras and clicked "Update driver" then selected to browse manually for a driver and continued to select from a list of devices, selected "Imaging devices" -> Microsoft -> USB Video camera.
It works now... I can now continue with cabling my liteplacer.
