enable jogging checkbox not saved

hello,

I found a bug in the Application Setting saving function.

in LitePlacer.Appsettings:
"CNC_EnableMouseWheelJog": true,
"CNC_EnableNumPadJog": true,

the options are always true, even if the checkbox was not checked before saving the settings.
