* Added blur and gaussian blur to image processing functions

* Empty field in CAD data now produces a warning, not an error
* No more crash in trying to reselect a disconnected camera

Blur was requested by a customer. Warning: The functions are slow and slower, they add about half a second to a measurement.

Fixed that, and fixed a mishap. If you have downloaded LitePlacer_Install_17_06_2016.exe, there is a bug in it. Use this instead:

With the new version of the program there was a problem.
The software can not read the Job Data file.

I have recently made changes in the Job Data File.
Perhaps the problem appeared after I saved the edited file.

Hello,

after updating to the new SW I can't load CAD data which worked with the last software.

When I load the file a windows pops up giving me an Empy field warning (see attachment). After hitting OK, the same windows pops up again and again and again... !?
