Build date 6/20/2016, another quick bug fix

Fixes an error in file loading that was introduced in Fridays (17.6.) release. (Note to self: In the future, do not release software on Friday, if you are not in the office on Saturday!)

These are the release notes from Friday:

New Features

* Added blur and gaussian blur to image processing functions

Bug fixes

* Empty field in CAD data now produces a warning, not an error
* No more crash in trying to reselect a disconnected camera

Blur was requested by a customer. Warning: The functions are slow and slower, they add about half a second to a measurement.

I do not know if this relates to the topic:

Here the down camera crashed before and I tried to reconnect it with the "Build date 6/20/2016" but could not get the picture back into the box - but yes, the programm itself did not crash and I was able to do a pick and place job with the red cross on the screen anyway



In general today I am running some "dry" jobs here without parts sucking to try out things. The jobs last about 20 minutes each and the cam will die within the first 5 to 60 seconds with great repeatability...

Anyway thanks for the great software - take this as info only!

Please have in mind I am using the Logitech 280 cams with Win 8.1 on a i5 laptop.

It is hard (and frustrating to try) to fix something, that never happens to me. However, in another thread, dampfoot was able to get an error message, that gave a good hint. Would you do me a favor and try this?

last pre-release was already a good step forward
- and I never expexted a so short reaction time for a new release - great!
- thanks for all the efforts!
- will try the new release tonight.
