Do you think I can make them mostly in aluminum on cnc milling machine? Or dose it rely on some flexible plastic parts that need 3D printing.
I dont have a 3d printer
If you want to sell me 20 or so tell me the price. I will spend a small fortune on commercial feeders in the new year otherwise.

Its very hard to find -100kpa rated valves so I will take your advise and let you know how I get on.

Juku I wish you would sell every component individually. Or at least the ones that are tricky to get. I would have even payed a little more to support you guys. I will go for the 2/3 way valve from esska. I guess when it releases vacuum it takes air from the top. There is no photo of it. Do you know...

I think I have the perfect solution now for the top bearing and air coupling + also a DIY slip ring to sense Juki Nozzle from inside the shaft like karl. I will try do another drawing later and share with you as you as I am sure you can give me more input. I ordered some slip rings already last nigh...

Karl I think you solved me a massive problem as my Picker head is not like liteplacers where I can easy have a switch. I think I understand this. The Juki Nozzle though looks plastic in parts. Am I correct to say the tip of the Nozzle is GND via the shaft. Probably the whole machine is GND which inc...

I am yet to venture outside of ebay when dealing with china. I do window shop on them other sites though but never took it all the way.
