I'm thinking on buying one LitePlacer, for now I have zero experience and knowledge, any info on it will be great for a beginner.

@KeithM: you say you changed to OpenPNP for better accuracy, is it because you were having issues in all components or because you started to use much smaller components?

I am switching from the Liteplacer software to the OpenPNP version. The Liteplacer SW is easier to set up and get going - arguably it makes it easier to work out all the bugs in your build before moving to a different software. I am hoping to achieve better accuracy with the bottom camera functiona...

I saw the OpenPNP vs LitePlacer thread from 2016, I wonder which software would be better today to start with, if you're going to buy the LitePlacer kit.
