loose components pickup
when the ic is a little bit turned the liteplacer picks it up and place it like that. Shouldn't it auto correct it to place it like it have to be ? or do you have to allign the red cross from the component with the red cross from the camera everytime ?

we changed some semicollums. I dont think you need to use alle collums in the header. Via liteplacer we red that only component, footprint, component center x , component center Y , layer , rotation , comment(optional) need to be used. "Designator","Footprint","Component X&q...

we want to test the liteplacer with a self made PCB. For the PCB we work with eagle. For the data file we keep getting header parse error. We saved our data as a csv. Designator,"Footprint","Mid X","Mid Y","Rotation","Comment" Fid1,"testFid"...

we did everything lik you said and it works, thanks a lot for the help ! much appreciated just ons small matter. If we test it with 1206,0805 packages it picks it up. Buth with 0603 it misses the component with a few mm. What can we do to make this perfect ?

we measured the resistor of the coils and we can see that the motor is broken. to find the components we use functions treshold and invert, do we copy this to components or to paper tape. cause we are still having problems finding components.

if we try the x driver on A motor its still the same problem. If we try the A driver on X motor it works perfectly. propably a problem in the A motor, can we fix this with the liteplacer programm ?

me and my collegue are both students and have recently been working on calibrating the litplacer. However we are stuck with some problems. if we try to calibrate the needle, the A motor won't work properly. When it's calibrating it just wobbles the whole time and not turning like it should do.
