Re: Software release 08/01/2019
This is mostly a bug fix release. As always, feedback and bug reports are appreciated. Unfortunatelly Issue #58: Software release, 07/09/2018: Manually assisted placement problem is still not fixed. :( This bug, worst case can harm the maschine since nozzle movement while nozzle is down is possible...

Re: Software release, 07/09/2018
Hi,
robert@serve101.org, LesGrant strange question, but how did you started the placement?
Marking the part in CAD Data table and clicking button Place, or marking part in Job Data table and clicking Place Selected button?
Thanks
Peter

Re: Software release, 07/09/2018
Hi, what went wrong after hitting the return key? The feature is mainly for placing loose parts (e.g. 0.5mm fine pitch). After the machine moved the part above the placment position you jog it exactly over the placement position (part still above the board), press enter, that's it. Part is placed an...

Re: Placing 0402 Components (It Definitely Works)
Hello JuKu, have a look to your github, issues #53 and #56. Within https://github.com/petegit/LitePlacer-DEV I have committed a workaround for these problems. https://github.com/petegit/LitePlacer-DEV/commit/e5be6b41f4cbe8bedb8ee039c1e3bbad68bc4f3a https://github.com/petegit/LitePlacer-DEV/commit/1f...

Re: Do you use/want mils support?
Mils would be nice to have, but there are much more important functions which are still missing in the LitePlacer software.

Magnetic Nozzle changer, is this a bad idea ?
After upgrading the machine with the nozzle upgrade kit we tested the new nozzles to verify the improvements. Wobble is nearly gone, only the smallest nozzle shows clearly visible wobble. We placed a couple of 0805, 0603 parts on a board, compared to the needles accuracy is really better. Nozzles we...

Re: Software loads slowly than freezes
Check your user.config if the COM Port is the same port which you see in the windows device manager when you plug in the TinyG. <setting name="CNC_SerialPort" serializeAs="String"> <value> COM4 </value> </setting> We had once a similar problem (minutes till labels where populated...

Re: Software release, 22/06/2016
Hello, with the new release I have problems loading a CAD Data file which worked with Version: 1.0.6001.41998, build date: 06.06.2016 23:19:56. Unbenannt.png Could this be an installation problem, since I did not uninstalled the old version but installed the new one over the old one? Cad Data was ex...
