Tape file format
Hi,
Where can I find a specification of the .tapes_v2 file format? I'm considering to generate this file from my BOM semi-automagically. But looking at it there seem to be more control characters than real letters in that file.

I know I'm late to join this discussion, but what about a threaded hole in the bottom plate, then insert an M3 setscrew with some red (permanent) loctite. Now you can use a thumb nut, and I'm very sure you won't lose the setscrew. No trouble with press-fit screws, no trouble with a screw coming out ...

Malte, how did you laminate the steel to the MDF? I'm currently waiting for my kit and your magnetic work top sounds like an excellent idea to me. Also, how did you connect it to ground? Is is isolated from the machine and then connected via a resistor? Or straight to the machine or ground? Cheers, ...
