I keep the paste in a refrigerator and have some with a use by date of 2014 - it still works fine. Farnell do syringes, but not of that particular paste.

Clean stencils are vital - I clean with solvent and dry between each print. Compressed air is good, if it is available.
I use Multicore 96SC LF318, and see very little slump even after 3 hours.
