did Plexiglas solve the problem?
Recently we used lexan for an other project, this might also be an alternative material.

Re: Dangerous Up-Camera hole
Hi Mawa,
Thanks for sharing this warning with us, maybe it's an idea to protect the camera lenses by a piece of glass or transparent PVC?
Glass will not scratch that easy, but might break if it's not thick enough.
On the other hand, I believe software can protect our hardware also to prevent damage.

Re: Sort parts by lotcode
Hello Juha, Thanks for the quick reply. Indeed i need to sort 800-1000 parts, that's why i wanted to use my liteplacer and eliminate human resources. After all maybe it's better to leave this job to the proffesionals and their P&P equipment. I was just wondering if we could do this job ourselfs....

Sort parts by lotcode
Hi all, I am currently facing a problem; For a project i need to use one single lotcode, unfortunately TI puts more then one lotcode on a reel of parts, even randomly. So parts need to be sorted; check lotcode, picked out of the tape, checked (group) and placed in a tray (because re-taping in more d...

Re: Code Contributions to the software
Hello Mrandt,
Would be very kind of you If you could provide anything runable so i can try / test it on my machine.
I think the more users test the software the better the progress.

Re: Code Contributions to the software
Great work of you all, i hope a new official release will come soon, so i can give it a try also.
I dont have the knowledge to create a working installation myself unfortunately.
Meanwhile is it possible to demonstrate these new features in a (YouTube) video?
Thanks in advance

Re: Better Downward Camea
My needle viewed in the middle doesn't give the same result as shown in your picture. It's more somewhat like the picture were you show the needle to the right. I can get the needle picture aligned centered, however in that case the needle is not in the middle of the view. I'll have to try and rotat...

Re: Better Downward Camea
hello mrandt, Thanks for your Logitech C270 tip, I bought one (only E25,-), took it apart it's the perfect form factor for the liteplacer. It's flat and easy to mount, I took off the small dot of glue on the focus ring and adjusted it for use with the liteplacer, splendid! I'm planning to use a piec...

Re: Code Contributions to the software
Hi Malte, I've tried exactly as you told, without success, I start feeling stupid, what did I do wrong? I have liteplacer installed on C:\liteplacer and added both setup and installer in the same folder, run setup it installs the installer .... that's it... Nothing happened to the camera tab, no new...
