Problems with automatic nozzle changer
Well, running into more problems because of the too high bolt on the bottom right of the nozzle holder. Just trying to calibrate the nozzles, I will hit it Multiple times. I added a final step to the load process to move the nozzle back down to a safe Y position, but then when it goes to unload, it ...

What size nozzle for each type of part
I know i have seen this before, but now I can't find it.
What size nozzle should you use for different sized parts? I have a dozen 0604 passives, but I also have some larger diodes and inductors, as well as 5 ICs. Any suggestions or website that will help?

Re: Problems with limit switches and homing...
Just a follow up on my progress... I have things pretty much working, but noticed that the visual homing was rather hit and miss, but I was working around it. Then I was working on getting the nozzle changer set up, and noticed that the nozzles measured 44mm apart according to the machine, not 22mm ...

Re: Basic video processing questions
Thanks for the help! I had to increase the size and 'roundness' of the dot, and it finally recognized it! There was a spur at 7:00 that I think was defeating the recognition...

Re: Problems with limit switches and homing...
Well, that helped, but it is STILL all screwed up on the Z axis. First, when homing, I SLOWED down the homing speed, so now it does stop on Zmax, BUT it doesn't back off again! So, when you start to move Z down, it will clear the limit switch and error out! On Zmin, it goes down, the Zmin limit swit...

Re: Problems with limit switches and homing...
Hi All,
JuKu helped me by having me reset the defaults on the controller. Somehow the values were all off, and this helped a lot.
On the Zmax problem, I glued a couple of pieces of popsicle stick on the lever to lengthen and broaden it so it won't go past the bolt. Will test once glue is dry.
