Do you have any settings for the video filters? I want to give it a try but could not get good recognition.
I use a red background and a black component (a TQFP64)

Re: Better nozzle with auto change?
I changed my nozzle holder for more precision. It is milled from FR4 board, 1.5mm thick. It has springs holding the nozzles in place, they sit perfect now and cannot slip out. You do not need magnets, which prevents the nozzle become magnetic. If you like I could mill you some, and send them to you ...

Re: Openpnp
I am still puzzled on how I do connect the sensor, could not find anything about that. Also, how does the software sample the data? On every pickup? So: Valve on wait delay for pressure settling Get pressure data without part valve of drive down on part valve on pickup part wait delay for pressure s...

Re: LitePlacer CNC Mill Conversion
The motors are too weak, they will loose position when you work on a bit harder materials, also, the belts are very thin, they will wear out soon. For plastic, it is too slow, as you need speed there, and that is where the motors lose torque. And Metal? Try it :-) My current router is a 140 kg monst...

Re: LitePlacer CNC Mill Conversion
Hi, I have build several cnc routers now, and I can assure you, that the liteplacer is not even near to being suitable for routing, you will destroy it with that, as it is very light, the guides are soft and the motors very weak. You can only cut soft things, if that works at all. Laser, yes, but ro...

Re: Openpnp
The question is: How do we connect the sensor and how do we tell openpnp how to communicate with the sensor?

Re: Needles Change
This looks good! And almost like my changer :-) Seems as my idea was a good one. Do you have magnets to keep the nozzles in place? I never had problems with that, but you never know, if a nozzle slips out a bit you get a crash. Also, do you disable the nozzle probe switch in the software when changi...
