Re: rmod (ver2) help please

To be honest, the rmod2-version from git does not work stable, you will not be able to place boards reliably with that. I changed a whole lot of code to make it usable for me, but that is a tailored version, I cannot even make it run on an other pc, it just runs out of visual studio, standalone it d...

Re: Openpnp

Had no more time to try, currently I use the rmod-release of the liteplacer-software, but changed to my needs. Also, openpnp has no pressure sensing, I guess I wait until that is included, as I had often mispickups without sensing the pressure, liteplacer-software with Pressuresensor works much bett...

Re: The Software drives me crazy

Thats what I mean: Just a simple check before you write data to give the user a message, that a field needs to be filled with a value.
Otherwise: Crash. Some try..excepts would make things more fluid.

Re: Openpnp

I got it working now, I had to reverse the Z-Motor with $3po=1 (Default in liteplacer is $3po=0) Then, you need to exchange the Z-Limitswitches of the Liteplacer, move the probe switch as limitswitch, and put the Limitswitch as Probe-Switch. Also, you need to change the tinyG-Settings for the Z-Limi...

It is in the rmod-fork of the software.

Re: Automatic nozzle change, software aspects

Far too complicated for me,
have a look at the rmod-release:

You just add the nozzle number to the tape, and the software changes the nozzle itself, no need for "change from 1 to 3" in the parts list.

Re: Openpnp

Yes, I had an issue with the homing of Z, Jason made some suggestions on how to overcome that problem, but that did not work. It drives the Z-Axis down when it searches the Limit-Switch. It should drive it up. Jason suggested to rewire the Limit-Switch, but that would not change the wrong direction....

Openpnp

Hi there, is here someone who uses openpnp with the liteplacer?
Openpnp has now bottom vision, which would make it a lot more usable.
I wonder if someone got it running, as I had problems with the homing cycle, could not get it running.
