I ended up using C270 as top and Andonstar as bottom cam.
Original cameras did not work well, even used as bottom cam caused ztoubles due to disconnecting issues.

Re: Slack compensation
Check manuals, you can do this using a (really) square object such as paper sheet. It's more the matter of the mechanics (angles ...) then tension in belts, as belts have tooths anyway to avoid sliding. Actually it's not best to have them very (!) tight, as then movement requires more force. Regards...

Could be, but not necessarry. If I understand ticket description right, it describes modifying current element. What I found is, that this also happens when you make a completely new element, but hole is not positioned when creating it.

Re: Can't figure out camera to needle calibration
Well, probably the most significant factor was wrongly turned up-camera ... When I did mrandt's test (see his previous post) I noticed, that camera was flipped 180 degrees. Well, I must now proudly say, that first boards are already placed and baked! (still hot ;) ) There's still plenty of things to...

Re: Sofware release, 23/11/2015
There is a bug regarding to adding components and "Next hole" calculating. If you: 1) Move to first component's hole 2) Add component 3) Set component hole is works fine. BUT, if you: 1) Click Add component 2) Move to first component's hole 3) Set component's hole then program (wrong) take...

Re: Can't figure out camera to needle calibration
Today me any my colegue tried to make Liteplacer work properly, but found error in needle calibration. It is done on proper height (needle down) and focus is great. When using "by the book" calibraton routine, needle always had few milimeters offset (so much, that pickup of 0805 was like 5...

Re: File format and samples wanted
Hi, Juha! Today I tried to run first (test) job and it worked quite well (well, have problems with free component, but not an issue right now). Now I tried to do some real work, but I can't get proper file format, that Liteplacer would accept. In my Target file I only have option to get X and Y, whe...
