Re: Cameras keep getting disconnected
Cameras in last batch are quite bad quality: I had another issue: when moving the cable, whole camera's interior is slightly moving (enough to have nice error in camera calibration :) ). This can simply be fixed with some thermal glue - fixing the cable from the outside so it sits "still" ...

Chain manuals
Hi there! Today I was putting together Liteplacer ... Not everything is done yet, but I came to the phase, where cable chains are about to be installed. As everything is so well documented, I was surprised not to see anything regarding to fixing the chain. Well, I figured out some things myself, whe...

Re: File format and samples wanted
Here's file from Target 3001 software. It's done on default PnP settings (I only changed to generate code for SMD only, as you can see in the settings window).
Now !all! I need is to put liteplacer together and test, if it works ...

Gregor

Re: Ovens
I ordered T962 anyway (well, it's not much choice in this pricerange), but found, that there's been quite some users working on upgrading this oven. There are hardware modificications (remove smell, more accurate and leveled heating, additional temperature sensor ...) as well as completely rewritten...

Clarifying software options
Hi there! While still waiting for my Liteplacer to arrive and preparing table (which will be, by the way, 60*100 cm and not 60*90 cm, as some users say that 90 cm width is quite tight fit) I am checking what to do next. I am a little confused about software, because (if I understand right???) there ...

Liteplacer table
Hi, guys! Waiting to receive my Liteplacer and in the midtime I am doing some thinking, where to put it. I would like to have a compact "workspace", where there would be PnP, computer and reflow oven. I was thinking of dimensions 90x60 (workspace), which is supposed to be enough (?). Mater...

Re: Ovens
Any experiences with chinese ovens like T962? It costs around 200$ (smaller version with 180x235 mm working space) and with some fixes (http://www.instructables.com/id/T962A-S ... n-FixHack/) it could be quite useful. Anybody has it, I am thinking of ordering one ...
