Hello folks,
at the moment we have a problem with the accurate placing of the small parts like 0603 or 0805.
We recognized a clearly visible wobbling of the needle.
We exchanged the needle a few times but this didn`t solve the problem.
Then we took a closer look at the Luer-Lock (see video). https://www.dropbox.com/s/ynldl91nyeba7 ... 2.m4v?dl=0
It seems to have a kind of wobbling too, maybe because of some crashes we had with the needle while testing it
Our question to the experts: does this wobbling on the video looks like a deformation of the Luer-Lock and/or even a deformation of the Pickup-Tube?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Problems with Luer Lock and/or the Pickup-Tube?
Looks like Luer Lock wobble to me - but actually hard to tell from just the video.
I still have a few spare metal Luer lock with an M5 thread:
If you have the tools to cut an M5 thread straight into the tube, that might be a good fix. Also hepful, if you like to upgrade to Samsung nozzles at some point - the holder also has M5 thread.
If you cannot make the tube yourself, I might also be able to help.
Shoot me a private message if you're interested.
Cheers
Malte
