New Features, significant changes

* Automatic nozzle change support: A new page to set this up, nozzle data
in tapes and job table, two nozzle vision operation tables
* Job data table content is stored from one session to another and
"dirty" status is indicated
* "Already placed" infromation can be reset (right click on the CAD data table)
* Tapes can be set up with custom width and pitch

Bug Fixes

* Some more error checking
* 2mm part pitch with -X direction were picked up in wrong order
* Homing timeout fix improved
* More robust circle measurement

The setup page documentation is here: http://www.liteplacer.com/nozzles-setup/. I have not yet written the actual instructions for setting up the nozzles; I'll work on that tomorrow, tonight I'm too tired to carry on.

To put them to use doesn't have documentation as of today. However, it is rather simple: The tapes table now has a column for nozzle. There is a nozzle column in the job dialog as well, When you select that tape in the job dialog, the nozzle number is copied to the job table. You don't have to set it each time, but you can edit the default. You can also sort the job table by nozzle.

As always, I very much appreciate criticism, suggestions and bug notices. It helps me to improve if I am aware of where the trouble points are.

Kit arrived today and assembly went well. Loaded in new software and took some time to get the machine running with the fresh install. I had to look over my notes on how to calibrate $1tr and $2tr. travel rate calibration in the manual. I'm happy to update instructions for you but you might have a better way than me.

I'm getting the first needle to load and unload now. Going to head to bed but I have a error on needle unload.

I don't have dev set up at the moment to debug it.

I'll spend most of tomorrow on getting this running right. Very excited about this upgrade. Great job on it
