[Solved] Jogging accuracy issue

I'm trying to set the machine up and number just are not matching up.

I eventually put a ruler under the downward facing camera to find out the issue. When I jog in one direction and the same distance in the other direction I don't end up in the same spot. As I repeat the error increasing with every iteration.

Alt-F7,Atl-F8 it 10 mm up and 10 mm down. After 5 iterations in landing 1mm above the start location. After 25iterations i'm landing at the 5mm mark, exactly half way between the initial move.

More error increase in the positive direction.

I have "reset all built in defaults" in Liteplacer software and still I have the issue.

I don't know where to fix this.

Belts are nice and tight.

It's amazing how putting a problem in words helps the brain to solve it.

Loose pully on the X drive and loose pully on the rear left. Slight face palm moment...
