Apparently, he was using nozzle wobble correction with an uncalibrated nozzle. My bad of not having a check against that.

JuKu is correct I was using the liteplacer without doing the nozzle setup. I resolved the problem of getting an error message 'attempt to move outside safe limits (X 6888.......)' the exact error message is in an image in the beginning of the thread above. It was resolved once I did the nozzle setup.

Strange, I don't use nozzle correction, and check the Do not use nozzle correction checkbox.
However, I have never received such an error.

The bug is that if you don’t check the box, the software tries to use calibration data without checking that it is valid.
