Probably, as I didn't touch anything that would affect that area - I think. If it does, I'd like to see the log and a dump of your settings.
Your experience with the cameras tell me that the keep active trick works, but there os still room for improvement in starting the streams. Good bit of info; I'll have another look there, but I'm more or less guessing, as my systems are pretty robust, about everything with the cameras works for me. :/

Yes it's still doing it on the latest version and it is also occasionally doing it when the needle calibration goes through ok.

Here is the log from the end of the needle calibration and where the error appears. The error appears around the sr:{344}} mark. The {"sr":{"posa":xxxx}} messages keep coming in for several minutes after the timeout message.
