Today I have changed Luer Lock with part from Manual pickup pen we received in the package and again result is much better.

Looking on the right side of that img you see plastic cap where angled needle is mounted. I have used that plastic cap and sanded the side where it goes into pen. After sanding cap fits perfectly into pickup tube. It is possible to add any needle in the kit to that cap. No more wobbling and it is easier to change needle because you don't need to unscrew anything.

SMD tape holder from here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SMD-Component-T ... 41b5d291a5

Had huge problems with it but I have managed to modify it to get it to work. If someone is interested I ll explain in detail.
This SMD tape holder is good but later on I have found out that SMD tapes no matter that all I use are 8mm, for 0402 caps are thinner than for 0805. That gave me lot of problems since tray couldn't keep tape on the place. On nozzle hit all near components just shattered. So I used aluminum foil and glue aluminum strips on each tray. That provided more security to the tape and it doesn't go up and down anymore so nearby components stay in place.
