A limit switch triggered when it was not expected.

Setup videos are not a bad idea at all. You are right on this.

If you click Home X, what happens? What exactly are you doing when the error happens?

After TinyG gets this error, to recover you need to reset TinyG and connect to it again.

Btw, the fastest way to get my attention is email. I get notifications for emails, for the forum I need to come in to check.

Check the polarity of all your limit switches

http://www.liteplacer.com/wiring-the-limit-switches/

I had one mixed and that triggered the limit handler.

Hi
I checked, limit switch wiring looks good. I just watched a video tutorial to wire everything. I have only problem with the x axis and it's not happening every time.when the error appears the LED in TinyG which represents spindle direction started blinking. Then I need to reset the TinyG and connect it again to use the machine.
