Software release announcements are in the software section

I realized that I haven't put notices about new software revisions here for a good while, as I have done in the past. I am improving the software, just that I have put notices only in the download section on the web pages and the software section at the forum. I will continue to do so and keep this section is for a real announcements, not for routine happenings.
