Main-wish: Better support for the up-camera for part-placing

Hi,

thanks to all developers for your work! Some things would important to improve - especially for the placing of ICs with very little distances between the pins, which is hard to do with the current software.

For that our main wishes for improving the liteplacer software would be the following things:

- Better support for the up camera. It should identify if a part was picked with any offset or rotational error, determine what that error is and then apply a correction before placement.

- Implementing a sort of script or workflow in the liteplacer-software, to place parts with the positions of the source an the target only. This thing would be a kind of fallback-feature, if other possibilities of placing are failing.

- A program-feature of saving all settings with the possibility to export and import them.

- A feature to change the used resolution of the camera.

The last but most important wish: To harmonize the different development-lines in the software, so that only one software is been improved from all the developers.

while I more or less agree with you, could you please check the issue list on GitHub and +1 for your most important points there?

Also, you may create new issues for those things that you'd wish for but have not been noted yet.

The discussion about forks and their harmonization seems to be pointless; I mentioned this a million times but neither Juha nor some of the developers seems to really care. Fair enough; but IMHO it is a wasted opportunity and effort if everybody just cares about their own branch.
