New Features

* CAD data has "placed" column - already placed components are ignored
* CAD data is autosaved and retrieved at startup
* CAD data "dirty" status is indicated

In other words, this implements the often requested feature, to keep track of the job status and being able to restart/rerun a partially completed job.
Another ofter requested feature is "ignore optical measurement errors", but this is not there yet (volunteers?).

I really like the "placed" column feature. But how can I reset the column and remove all the ticks in one step after a job is completed?

At the moment, reload the CAD data. There will be a button or right-click operation for that (should have been from the beginning, but I had a travel coming at the time).

I like this new features
- works great
- helps a lot
- I don't care about a missing reset button -
