(Ok, the first attempt for nozzles wasn't that good...

New Features, significant changes
* Automatic nozzle change support: A new page to set this up, nozzle data
in tapes and job table, two nozzle vision operation tables
* Job data table content is stored from one session to another and
"dirty" status is indicated
* "Already placed" information can be reset (right click on the CAD data table)
* Tapes can be set up with custom width and pitch
* References to needle changed to nozzle
Bug Fixes
* Some more error checking
* 2mm part pitch with -X direction were picked up in wrong order
* Homing timeout fix improved
* More robust circle measurement
Changes from 10/3/2016
* Fixed the 2mm part pitch issue again
* Added more robustness for uncalibrated nozzles and nozzles not used situations
* Rewrote the calibration (re-calibration of nozzles recommended, if you already calibrated with 10/3 version!)
* It is now possible to calibrate one nozzle at a time
* Added warning for unexpectedly big error in calibration
