Table and overhead cabinet

Post by Markk »

Hi

I just ordered the liteplacer! Now I'd like to plan my table and overhead cabinet. While everything is formidably documented, I haven't found one dimension of the built machine: the height.

Can anybody help?

I'd like to know the maximum head height including tubing etc. sticking out and the maximum height of the cable chain, separately.

Obviously I'd like to lower the overhead cabinet as much as possible and make it as large as possible but there should be no friction.

Thanks a lot,
Mark

The absolute high point is the z axis motor shaft end, about 41cm. Add a few cm for the tubing; so 44-45cm. If it is really tight, I guess you can mount the valve elsewhere or sideways, and save those few cm's.
