I asked myself if you could update the BOM to current version with links where to get those parts and sell a pack on your store with only the parts you can't buy elsewhere like these laser cutted plates etc.

what benefit do you expect from that?
If you buy anything in small quantities, it will be more expensive than buying in bulk.
I have built my machine "pre-alpha" before Juha's kit became available. That meant I had to source all the parts myself. I ended up paying more than Juha charges for the kit.
Also, the BOM is available and open-source - so you can build your own version if you don't like Juhas kit... As the CAD files are also published, you can even have your own plates laser or waterjet cut.
IMHO that is quite generous of Juha; after all he invested a lot of time and money into designing this in the first place.
