Hi,

I have purchased the new cameras and I have truied to get the machine running again it has been sitting in a corner for a few years.
I am now running it on another pc so it is a "fresh" setup of the macine.

The problem is with the new cameras. When I start the camera is seems to only take from frame. I see this when I job the machine. only first image is shown when starting the cam.

I have tried to only have one cam conneted to the pc, but the issue is still present. Have anyone seen this problem before?

Please send me email about this. I haven’t heard about this, but of course, I’d like to fix the issue.

It is a USB problem, I use an add-on board in PCIe with two USB ports, then the cameras work well.
I faced this problem after replacing the computer, everything works fine on the laptop, I had to install an additional board on the desktop.
