Preparing for Frame Assembly, step 5: Y Idlers Subassembly, Step 1

Next, we’ll build two Y idlers subassemblies. Repeat next two pages twice.

Take Y idlers holder plate and attach two idler wheels to it as shown using M5-35 bolts:

  4. Idler wheel subassembly x 2
  5. #16 aluminum spacer (0.5″) x 2
  6. M5 washer x 2
  7. M5 nut x 2
