High definition camera update

NOTE: This is an update kit for previous models. If you are buying the current kit, it has this already; there is no need to buy any upgrades.

Two cameras with 3D printed mounts. Camera resolution is up to 4k, computer performance allowing. In practice, around 2k will give satisfactory delays. Downlooking camera mount is lockable, eliminating issues from machine movement.
