I got to the bottom of my issue. I had to disable the COM ports I'm not using on my motherboard then the software loaded fine. I'm using COM1 for a touchscreen, and COM7 for the TinyG controller.

Right now I have 4.6.1 installed.

I do not have Geomagic, would it be possible for someone to provide a more CAD neutral step or iges version of the Geomagic files?
