I am practicing with the "Hello World" job, however I am having this problem with any job I run. After the liteplacer focuses on the hole for the first tape it displays the error message below, 'Attempt to move outside safe limits...'
Does anyone have an idea as to what might be wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Show your Tape settings.
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Hi Volter,
I don't know if this helps you answer paxiao's question but all the settings for the Sample Program "Hello World" can be found at https://liteplacer.com/downloads/
Cheers.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
To infinity and beyond!
But seriously, something instructed the machine to go to outer space in X direction, but the flight control prevented the takeoff. The huge X number has to come from the tape definition. Unless it is something simple like an empty data field, I'd like to get a copy of your "LitePlacer.TapesData_v2" file, located in your LitePlacer directory.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
On a second thought, I’d like a copy of the file in any case; you should have received a more meaningful error message.
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Thank you JuKu, Alhigh, and Volter.
I could not upload the "LitePlacer.TapesData_v2" file.
I took images of my tape parameters, does this give enough information?

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Nothing visibly wrong with these. Another thing might be that the vision measurement gives a bogus result. But if your optical homing works, then that indicates that it is set up correctly. In other words, I don’t have an idea. If you don’t mind, please:
-Assuming you can get this repeatedly, email me the log window content (click inside the log window, ctrl+A to select all, copy and paste to a text document)
-Zip your whole LitePlacer directory and send that, too. With these, I should find out what is going on and fix the problem.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Great, thank you.
I attached the log contents and my liteplacer directory.
Please let me know if I have attached the wrong information as I am still new to working with the liteplacer.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
I’ll look closer when I’m on a computer, but the culprit is nozzle calibration data.
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Great, thank you!
I did the nozzle setup and it fixed my problem. I'm no longer getting the error message. The help has been greatly appreciated.
