Attempt to move outside safe limits
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Could you describe in more detail what exactly you fixed?
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Apparently, he was using nozzle wobble correction with an uncalibrated nozzle. My bad of not having a check against that.Volter wrote:Could you describe in more detail what exactly you fixed?
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
JuKu is correct I was using the liteplacer without doing the nozzle setup. I resolved the problem of getting an error message 'attempt to move outside safe limits (X 6888.......)' the exact error message is in an image in the beginning of the thread above. It was resolved once I did the nozzle setup.
Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
Strange, I don't use nozzle correction, and check the Do not use nozzle correction checkbox.
However, I have never received such an error.

Re: Attempt to move outside safe limits
The bug is that if you don’t check the box, the software tries to use calibration data without checking that it is valid.Volter wrote:Strange, I don't use nozzle correction, and check the Do not use nozzle correction checkbox.
