Basic Setup - First Power On

Hi all,

I have installed all the software required as mentioned in http://www.liteplacer.com/installing-the-software/.
At the "First Power On", it is said

You should see a blue light turn on and a red light blinking for a while, then some green lights and the red light constantly lit

.Problem is after the red led stop blinking the green lights and red light are not lit.

My second problem is that i get this error (See image bellow). I assumed it is caused by the previous one.
On a side note, the device is using COM4 on the computer.

Any idea on how to fix that?

-What the log window shows?
-Can you connect with a terminal program?
-If so, what is the power up message?
-And finally, if you get an ok prompt from a terminal, please show the response to $$ command (which prints all TinyG settings in human readable form).

With this information, I can hopefully solve the problem or at least, get further towards the solution.

Oops it appears that I had the same problem as the one mentioned in the troubleshooting section.
I followed the instruction and I could establish connection.
