I would like to use the LitePlacer Sw on my XY gantry

I saw that sw it's on GIT . I have already such a X-Y gantry and I would like to use the LitePlacer with it.
Am I allowed ? Will I have some kind of support on this ?

In principle, yes, that is why I put it there. Please see http://www.liteplacer.com/downloads/ for license terms. Basically, as long as you are not building a competing pick and place machine, go ahead. It would be nice to hear what you did with that, if you find it usable and especially, if you find things to improve or correct. Nice, but not required.

I would also like to run the software with my own setup, so that's good news! To be honest, my mechanical skills are weak, so at some point I may give up and go for a LitePlacer kit.

I do a lot of stuff in C# now, so I know it quite well. It's a nice language.
