BGA ?

Is this pick'n place system able to place little BGA components ? I haven't found this answer in FAQ...

Testing the accuracy on BGAs might be a challenge. But yes, I do believe that the accuracy is good enough if you use the visual processing to locate the part itself, not just the tape holes (either looking at the part on the tape or using the up looking camera assisted placement).
